Customer provides the stainless cover plates. Add a cover plate type, add a label, select the quantity. Add more of the same type with a different label or choose another type of cover plate. Label limit: 20 characters. (Gang labels limit: 8 characters)

Return shipping uses USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes (Medium, Large). We choose the cheapest combination that can handle the weight and plate size.
